Residential Cleaning

We do our absolute best to send the same team to your home for recurring cleans, as we know how important consistency and trust are. If your regular cleaner is sick or on leave, we will inform you and send a fully briefed replacement.

End-of-Lease Cleaning

We offer a 72-hour bond back guarantee on our cleaning work. If your property manager identifies any cleaning-related issues during the final inspection, we will return to fix them free of charge.

Standard end-of-lease cleans include a deep vacuum, but professional carpet steam cleaning is handled as an add-on service. Let us know when booking, and we will include it in your quote.

Post-Build Cleaning

It involves heavy dust extraction, paint and plaster spot removal, interior and exterior cabinet cleaning, window detailing, and a final polish to make the property move-in ready.

We handle all standard cleaning and fine dust removal, but we do not haul away large construction debris (like timber, bricks, or heavy rubble). That must be cleared prior to our arrival.
